Universal-Job sucht eine/n technische/n Kundenbetreuer/in in Zürich, der/die als erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden telefonisch technische Fragen beantwortet und Störmeldungen, Servicebedarfsmeldungen sowie Reklamationen entgegennimmt.
Sie erstellen Wartungs- und Reparaturangebote, koordinieren Einsätze der Servicetechniker, leisten technischen Support, überwachen Logistikprozesse und pflegen den direkten Kontakt zum Stammhaus in Deutschland sowie weiteren Niederlassungen weltweit.
