GLOBUS sucht eine:n Kundendienst/Service Desk Mitarbeiter:in 80% (w/m/d) in Zürich, um Gäste willkommen zu heissen und einen erstklassigen Service sicherzustellen. Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für allgemeine Infos, bearbeitest Reklamationen und unterstützt bei Logistik- und Bestellprozessen.
Du bringst serviceorientierte Haltung, Teamgeist und ein gepflegtes Auftreten mit;
Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englisch/Französisch sind von Vorteil.
