Location: Zürich
Just Eat Schweiz in Zürich sucht eine/n Customer Service Agent (m/w/d), der/die die Herzen unserer Kundinnen und Restaurantpartner stärkt. Du bearbeitest Anfragen schriftlich und telefonisch, koordinierst zwischen Kund:innen und Partnern und hilfst bei Finanzfragen.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse), arbeitest zuverlässig und behältst auch bei vollem Pensum den Überblick. Flexibles Schichtsystem und Arbeiten vor Ort im Büro runden das Profil ab.
