Sunrise GmbH sucht eine/n Service Consultant, der/die als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere B2B Kundschaft fungiert. Du berätst zu Sunrise- und UPC-Produkten, reagierst schnell auf Anfragen und stellst eine exzellente Customer Experience sicher.
Du arbeitest eigenständig, behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick und bringst Humor ins Team. Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil;
Französisch/Italienisch sind Pluspunkte.
