Cembra Money Bank AG sucht am Standort Zürich eine/n Call Agent im Vorinkasso (80-100%) für telefonische Betreuung von Kundinnen und Kunden mit offenen Forderungen. Sie analysieren Ursachen von Rückständen, erarbeiten gemeinsam Lösungen und vereinbaren Zahlungspläne.
Die Rolle setzt viel Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick voraus. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, MS Office-Kenntnisse sind willkommen.
