Zurich Schweiz sucht eine/n Service Advisor Back Office After Sales in Teil- oder Vollzeit (80–100%). Du bearbeitest Anfragen, führst Vertragsänderungen durch und betreust Privatkunden im Nichtleben-Bereich. Du verfasst Korrespondenz und sorgst für eine pünktliche, hochwertige Bearbeitung deiner Fälle.
Zu deinen Stärken gehören kaufmännische Ausbildung, Kundenkontakt und gute Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil. Arbeitsort ist Zürich/Oerlikon mit Hybridarbeit bis 40%.
