YOUR ACTIVITIES

• Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion within budget and on time while maintaining high design and quality standards
• Responsible for the creation of layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD) and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards and quality of design and execution
• Follow the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards. Integrate innovative design trends and sustainability practices given by the client
• Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects and specialist planners
• Ensure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals, while tailoring solutions to local markets as needed
• Maintain global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to maintain design consistency across all projects for each customer
• Management of the time tracking programme

HOW TO CONVINCE US

• Excellent knowledge in Archi
  
  CAD, specifically 3D drawing
• Min. a degree in architecture, interior design or a similar function
• Min. 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning and project management
• Experience in project and construction management
• Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale
• Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments
• Good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices
• Program knowledge advantageous:
  Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop and MS-Office
• Good knowledge in English and German. Any other language is an advantage
