• Managing projects and maintaining an overview
• Coordinate and develop the content of projects with specialist planners and other project participants
• Communicate with customers, authorities and users
• Design, plan, draw, develop, together with other team members and lead them
• Keep an eye on deadlines, costs and other project goals
• Supervise the implementation of the project on the construction site and oversee its design

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience as a project manager in all service phases
• Passion for good architecture and details
• In-depth knowledge of execution
• Customer‑oriented way of working
• Independent, structured work
• Team and communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
• French is a plus
• Professional handling of ArchiCAD 3D, BIM experience
