• Independent project management of interior design projects in all service phases
• Client support
• Preparation of costs, cost management
• Specialist planner coordination
• Obtaining/checking offers, negotiating and awarding contracts with third parties, drawing up contracts for work and services
• Negotiating with authorities
• Construction site supervision
• Management of employees
• Project administration together with project assistance

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience as an interior design project manager in all work phases
• Experience in hospitality projects in the 4
  * and 5
  * sector
• Professional handling of ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Broad knowledge of furniture, materials, textiles
• Customer-oriented way of working
• Independent, structured work
• Team and communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
