On is seeking a senior Head of Creative, Core Brand Design to own the visual design language and brand systems at a global scale. You will lead a team responsible for brand assets across packaging, retail graphics, guidelines and more, ensuring coherence and recognisability of the On brand.
You will report to the Global Head of Brand Creative and Brand Voice, driving strategy, governance and scalable design systems while partnering with product, retail, digital and marketing teams worldwide.
