In this role, you will develop high-quality designs for architectural competitions and projects in close collaboration with internal and external teams, accompanying them from conception to further development. You actively contribute your design expertise in discussions, convincingly represent your design ideas, and take responsibility for complex project content. You have the ability to independently structure demanding design processes, further develop them in close exchange with the Head of Design, and drive them forward with high commitment.

You impress through conceptual strength, communicative clarity, decisiveness, and the aspiration to combine excellent architecture with precise processes.

• Completed architecture studies with several years of professional experience in the design field in Switzerland
• High creative and conceptual understanding
• Experience in developing and managing competitions, studies, test planning, and early project phases
• Ability to translate complex tasks, programmes, and framework conditions into clear, viable, and convincing design concepts
• Confident demeanour and the ability to present, represent, and further develop design ideas convincingly both internally and externally
• High personal responsibility, decisiveness, and willingness to independently drive demanding architectural projects forward
• Confident handling of clients, specialist planners, experts, and authorities in project development
• Awareness of sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and constructive feasibility of architectural concepts with knowledge of applicable standards
• Very good knowledge of common design, representation, and presentation tools
• German language skills at C1-C2 level; additional knowledge of national languages and English is an advantage
