Immersive Leadership & Sustainability Summer Program

The Gaia Changemakers Program (GCP) is a unique three-week summer camp for students aged 15 to 19. It is innovatively designed to equip participants with the skills, mindset, and values needed to thrive in an uncertain future. Traveling from Zurich to Prague and culminating in the Swiss Alps, participants engage in hands‑on experiences that build qualities like leadership, resilience, creativity, and adaptability – qualities that top universities and employers seek.

The Gaia Changemakers Program blends academic exploration with real‑world application, offering students an immersive learning experience in sustainability, leadership, and innovation. The program challenges participants to think critically, engage with global experts, and develop practical solutions to today’s most pressing challenges.

Students engage in:
Project‑Based Learning – Hands‑on sustainability and leadership challenges guided by scientists, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders.
Interdisciplinary Approach – Integrating environmental science, social impact, business strategy, and global policy to foster a well‑rounded perspective.
Expert‑Led Workshops – Interactive sessions with academics, industry professionals, and Changemakers shaping the future of sustainability and leadership.
Experiential Learning – Field studies in Switzerland and the Czech Republic, from environmental research in the Swiss Alps to business innovation in Prague.

This academically enriching experience equips students with critical thinking, problem‑solving, and leadership skills that enhance their college applications and future career paths.
