„Hilf mir es selbst zu tun“ ist einer der pädagogischen Grundsätze von Dr. Maria Montessori, die wir in unserer zweisprachigen Institution umsetzen wollen. Nach Vereinbarung suchen wir zur Verstärkung von unserem Kleinkindergruppen-Teams eine AMI Montessori 0-3 Lehrperson mit FaBeEFZ (80-100%).

• Verantwortungsvolle Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder im Alter von 0 bis 3 Jahren nach den Grundsätzen Dr. Maria Montessoris unter Berücksichtigung des pädagogischen Konzeptes
• Mitarbeit im Gesamtbetrieb
• Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und den Eltern

• Fachfrau/mann Betreuung EFZ erwünscht
• AMI Montessori Diplom0-3
• Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch oder Englisch zwingend (Muttersprache oder Niveau C1)
• Vernetztes Denken, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Hohe Motivation und Verantwortungsgefühl

• AMI Montessori Diploma 0-3
• Written and spoken German or English language skills essential (native speaker or C1 level)
• Networked thinking, flexibility, and resilience
• High level of motivation and sense of responsibility
