The following job posting is especially aimed at former participants of Youth Debates (YES Alumni). We are looking to support the Youth Debates team from June 2026 or by arrangement with a new Programme Manager for the Youth Debates program. In this role, you will report to the National Management and work closely with the Youth Debates team.

• Responsibility for the operational and administrative implementation of the Youth Debates program offerings in the associated regions
• Planning, organizing, and conducting events (regional finals, national finals, and other events)
• Active maintenance of stakeholder relationships, especially teachers
• Giving presentations at schools
• Writing various program documents and forms
• Communication support (newsletter, social media, etc.)
• Active participation in the further development of the Youth Debates program

• Completed secondary school diploma, preferably started university studies
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in supporting teachers and schools
• Very good school certificates and a strong interest in economic and education policy topics
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
• Very good performance and communication skills
• High degree of independence, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
• Structured and analytical thinking skills as well as precise and reliable working methods
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
