Erforderlich sind ein Studium in Sportwissenschaften, Erfahrung in der Jugendarbeit sowie die Fähigkeit, individuelle Trainingsprogramme zu gestalten. Die flexible Gestaltung der Unterrichtseinheiten ermöglicht es, wertvolle Erfahrung auf der Sekundarstufe zu sammeln.
