* in, um Stellensuchenden mit geringen Deutschkenntnissen zu helfen. In Gruppen unterrichten Sie max. 12 Teilnehmende. Sie unterstützen individuell als Jobcoach und gestalten aktiv das Bildungsangebot.
Die Stelle erfordert eine Ausbildung in der Erwachsenenbildung, mindestens SVEB 1, sowie Empathie und Freude an interkultureller Arbeit. Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsmarktes sind ebenfalls wichtig.
