USZ sucht eine Pflegefachperson HF/FH, die die Ausbildung von Pflegestudierenden und FaGe-Lernenden auf der Bettenstation verantwortet und aktiv Lernprozesse begleitet.
Sie fördern individuelle Entwicklungen, führen Ausbildungsgespräche, Lernkontrollen und Qualifikationsprüfungen durch und gestalten Lernangebote in Lern- und Arbeitsgemeinschaften. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie in kleinerem Umfang ganzheitliche Pflege neurologischer Patient:innen.
