Wohnbaugenossenschaften Schweiz sucht eine konzeptions- und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit als Programmleitung Weiterbildungen (60%). Sie verantworten Konzeption, Planung und Organisation des Weiterbildungsprogramms mit über 50 Kursen und vier Diplomlehrgängen.
Sie beobachten Bedarfe der Zielgruppen, entwickeln neue Formate, sichern Qualität und wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Angebote und arbeiten eng mit Referierenden sowie externen Partnerinnen zusammen.
