Schule Friesenberg sucht eine Vikarin/einen Vikaren Sozialpädagog
* in zur Unterstützung der Mittelstufe und vereinzelt im Kindergarten sowie Unterstufe. Sie arbeiten 5 Tage pro Woche in der Regel von 08:00-16:00 Uhr, mit gelegentlichen Sitzungen bis 17 oder 18 Uhr.
Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrpersonen, SSA, Fachpersonen und Schulassistenz ist zentral. Aufgaben umfassen Fallführung, Förderpläne, Umsetzung von Fördermassnahmen und Elterngespräche.
