Sie entwickeln praxisnahe Lerneinheiten, führen Kompetenzgespräche und dokumentieren Lernprozesse nachvollziehbar. Sie beraten das Pflegeteam in Bildungsfragen und tragen so zur Qualitätssicherung der Bildung bei.
