At Lakera, a Check Point company, we are building the platform that will secure the Agentic AI world. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to help us achieve this ambitious mission.

Lakera's Red Platform helps enterprises identify, assess, and manage risks in their custom AI applications before deployment. We use AI to protect AI.

As an Engineering Manager you’ll lead a team of 5‑10 engineers building cutting‑edge AI security products. You’ll drive execution, be involved in technical decisions, foster growth, and shape the future of AI safety.

• Lead and grow a high‑performing engineering team.
• Own delivery from design to deployment – fast and high quality.
• Stay close to customers and translate real needs into elegant scalable solutions.
• Collaborate tightly with Product and Design to define and ship impactful features.
• Champion engineering excellence in architecture, testing, and reliability.
• Partner across Lakera and Check Point to accelerate adoption and customer impact.
• Hire, mentor and develop engineers through clarity, care, and accountability.
• Contribute to long‑term technical and product strategy.

• 3 years of experience managing engineering teams (5 people).
• Strong technical foundation – you think in systems even if you don’t code daily.
• Proven track record collaborating with Product Design and GTM teams.
• High ownership mindset – you drive outcomes not just processes.
• Deep curiosity about AI and passion for building world‑class software.
