Senior Quality & Compliance Engineer Industrial Systems
An international manufacturing group is strengthening its Quality & Compliance organization and is searching for a Senior Quality & Compliance Engineer to ensure world-class standards across industrial and automotive product lines.
🔧 What Youll Do
- 🤝 Negotiate quality agreements and manage relationships with key industrial & automotive clients.
- 🧩 Lead internal audits
, support certification activities (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), and coordinate with global teams. - 📊 Drive continuous improvement of QMS processes and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- 🪪 Oversee supplier quality
, corrective actions, and customer feedback loops. - 📈 Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance across the product lifecycle.
- 🎓 3+ years of experience in Automotive / Industrial Quality Management
. - 🔍 Proficient with core quality tools (8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- 🧾 Engineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
- 💬 Fluent in English
(German is a plus). - ️ Willingness for occasional travel.
- 🤝 Strong communicator, structured thinker, and team-oriented professional.
