Established in 2025, Hexagon Robotics develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and enable the transition from automation to autonomy. The first humanoid product, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and combines agility, awareness, spatial intelligence and versatility to provide a market-leading solution for automotive, transportation, aerospace, manufacturing, and logistics customers.

We are looking for a skilled and driven Robot Operator to join our robotics team developing humanoid robots for industrial automation. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge robots and the opportunity to play a critical part in applying robotic automation and embodied AI to a wide range of customer use cases.

Responsibilities
  • Build and curate high-quality robot training datasets through hands-on teleoperation.
  • Rigorously evaluate the performance of trained robotic skills across a wide variety of real-world operating conditions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to continuously improve the processes for training, evaluating, and deploying policies on our robots.
  • Help establish best practices for robot operation, data collection, and policy evaluation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Practical experience operating robots; experience with ROS2 is highly preferred.
  • Strong personal drive, reliability, and a demonstrated work ethic.
  • Ability to work well within a team on fast-moving projects.
  • Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
