YourImpact
As a credentialed Reliability Engineer, you possess a profound understanding of our customers’ operational and plant-floor realities. You have the specialized expertise to translate complex inspection data into the specific, high-stakes actions our customers must take to maintain their infrastructure. Leveraging your deep domain knowledge, you will help shape our next-generation inspection and data analytics roadmap and serve as a strategic advisor to our global clientele.
Responsibilities- Strategic Product Definition
- Serve as the in-house customer bringing the Reliability Engineer persona to the R&D process
- Define requirements for our next-generation inspection payloads and data analytics capabilities, ensuring that the right data is available to our customers in order to derive actionable insights
- Consultative Sales & Strategic Advisory
- Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle, commanding respect with maintenance and operations leaders at our customers’ industrial sites
- Provide actionable advice to customers on reducing equipment downtime, mitigating safety risks and maximizing asset lifespan using ANYbotics’ solutions
- Experience:
8+ years of experience in the area of industrial inspection workflows and predictive maintenance, working directly with industrial assets (e.g., pumps, motors, turbines, pressurized vessels) - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related technical field - Customer-Centricity & Sales Enablement:
Keen observer of customer personas and pain points with a deep understanding of what resonates in the market. You are comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and plant managers alike, translating technical data into "Maintenance Speak." - The Visionary:
You want to play a foundational role in how AI learns to inspect the physical world - Technical Depth: A deep understanding of Reliability Engineering fundamentals applied to the diagnoses of asset failure modes and overall plant operation
- Grit: A self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of a scaling deep-tech company
- Travel:
Willing to travel 20 - 30% of the time
- Industry Verticals:
Experience in one or more of the following domains:
Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, high-volume manufacturing, or the production of chemicals, metals, and other asset-heavy materials - Other Domain Expertise:
Commercial savviness and experience in consultative sales and customer advisory roles - Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity or expertise in Industry 4.0/5.0 and Maintenance 4.0/5.0
