The opportunity
The role involves leading & ensuring the execution of the backlog according to priorities. Candidate will drive design platform process improvements, maintain burnup dashboards, and track agreed programming KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with R&D, and support for users on technical questions.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Ensure backlog execution according to priorities.
- Drive continuous improvements in the design platform process.
- Maintain burnup dashboards and monitor programming KPIs.
- Provide effort estimations during the prioritization process.
- Coordinate with R&D to ensure clear understanding of Technical Specifications (TS).
- Address users' tickets and elevate issues when necessary.
- Support users on technical questions and provide guidance.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- 7+years of experience with Masters or Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical design, Information technology.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and development.
- Strong understanding of technical specification development and R&D workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and drive timely execution.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and maintain KPIs
