Systemingenieur, Systems Engineer

Global Engineer is an innovative company in several engineering fields that is active in mechanical and plant engineering, development of new systems and their technologies, as well as in testing and type testing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate Systems Engineer with expertise in safety critical systems.

• Collect, analyse, and maintain system requirements across multiple levels (e.g., operational concepts, subsystems, and components), ensuring proper allocation to relevant engineering disciplines.
• Plan, perform, and support technical trade studies, design reviews, and peer evaluations, including preparation and delivery of technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design, development, integration, validation, and verification of complex technical systems, including the creation and execution of system test strategies, procedures, and reporting.
• Collaborate with external partners, customers, and regulatory or certification stakeholders to support project and product objectives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in development, integration, and verification of complex multidisciplinary and safety-critical technical systems.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering methodologies, lifecycle processes, and structured requirements management.
• Practical experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and related tools
• Working knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink.
• Familiarity with applicable industry standards, regulatory frameworks, or certification processes.
• Excellent communication in English (German is a plus) and teamwork skills
