As an Electrician, Automation Mechanic Specialist
, you will inspect different complex engine harnesses and ensure the quality of the manufacturer according to effective regulations. You will create orders based on inspection results and repair the harnesses. In case of technical problems, the inspector will clarify with engineering.

Your tasks include evaluating technical condition of the harnesses, creating job orders, setting timelines for the overhaul cycle of engine parts, repairing and testing parts according to work scope, performing in-process and final inspections, pursuing clarification with engineering for findings out of limit, creating documentation to allocate parts condition to the customer, certifying harnesses, and conducting internal audits (5S). You will contribute to the continuous development of shop processes to optimize quality, safety and cost, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations at all times.

• Evaluate technical condition of the harnesses according to applicable regulations
• Create job orders based on inspection results
• Set timelines for the overhaul cycle of engine parts
• Repair and test parts according to the defined work scope
• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Pursue clarification with engineering for findings out of limit
• Create documentation to allocate the parts condition to the customer
• Certify harnesses
• Conduct internal audits (5S)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of shop processes to optimize quality, safety and cost
• Ensure the company’s safety and quality regulations are followed at all times
• Perform 5S principles to maintain a clean working space

• 3 or 4-year apprenticeship as electrician, automation mechanic or equivalent
• Autonomous and accurate working abilities
• Team player
• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
• English level minimum A2
• Readiness for two-shift work
