Senior Software Engineer​/Architect

In mechanical and plant engineering — for example, in the energy industry — we are engaged in the development and implementation of innovative systems and technologies, as well as in testing and type approval. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an interested and motivated Software Engineer & Architect to join us immediately.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of Secure Boot solutions based on X86 architecture
• Development and implementation of the "Chain of Trust," including validation and integration of Security Tokens (TPM) and Measured Boot for the operating system
• Validation and integration of our Security Tokens with the Chain of Trust (TPM) / Measured Boot of the OS
• Contribution to network architecture and implementation of network software
• Conceptual work and close collaboration with System Engineering
• Implementation of the developed solutions in the environment, including testing
• Technically demanding environment in the industrial high-end sector

Requirements

Profile / Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Completed first projects in a comparable environment
• Several years of professional experience as a Senior System Engineer / Architect, ideally in the area of Secure Boot and network architectures
• In-depth knowledge of X86 Secure Boot, Chain of Trust, TPM, and Measured Boot
• Experience in the development and implementation of network architectures and protocols
• Strong conceptual skills and a genuine drive to implement ideas
• Ability to cover a wide range of tasks, from basic concept development to the proper documentation of completed work
