We are currently seeking an experienced Composite Design Engineer to join a pioneering, long‑term aircraft development program with a world‑class OEM in the aerospace industry. This role is based in one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking regions, offering an exceptional quality of life.

You will be at the forefront of innovation, working on advanced composite structures within a highly technological manufacturing environment. Surrounded by a passionate and collaborative team, you will help shape the next aircraft generation.

• Develop models and drawings for composite primary structures using Siemens NX
• Define lay‑up sequences, laminate structures, ply books, and core materials using Fibersim
• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing processes
• Assist in creating structural test plans, interpreting test data, and verifying designs meet certification requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of proven experience in composite design engineering, specifically within the aerospace industry
• Professional expertise in both Siemens NX and Fibresim is mandatory for this position
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory standards (FAA/EASA)
• Hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Professional proficiency in English
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit required)
