In a 100% capacity, with immediate start date and for the maximum duration of 1 year, we are looking for a motivated intern, who, as part of the Industrialization team, will work on Aircraft Engine Industrialization projects that include shop floor layout, expansion and capacity planning. You will integrate with an existing team of Engineers, Mechanics and Continuous Improvement Leads to ensure the future growth of the company is secured.

You will apply Lean/CI principles, data analytics skills and transform analysis into action on the shop floor. Responsibilities

Review current industrial layout and propose improvements based on Operations feedback and data analysis
Review industrialization proposal with Operations and management
Identify material & digital flow, identify issues, and propose solutions through industrialization software
Communicate decisions with relevant stakeholders
Follow up on project implementations on the shop floor
Work on industrialization standardization to increase efficiency and robustness in SRT industrialization processes

Profile

Enrolled in or completed a graduate level degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or another related field
Computer

Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
CAD Software, Power BI, Power Apps and SAP are a plus.
Fluent in English or German, written and verbal (B1 / B2)
Strong interest in the Aerospace MRO industry and to work in a regulated environment
Eligible to work in Switzerland
