Helvetica Partners is supporting an innovative Swiss technology company recognized for its strong engineering culture and cutting‑edge sensor technologies.
To strengthen their hardware development team, we are looking for a Hardware Engineer with solid experience in analogue and digital electronics design for embedded sensor systems.
As part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary engineering team, you will contribute to the development of innovative sensor solutions used in industrial and medical applications.
Responsibilities- Designing analogue and digital electronics for sensor modules from prototype to series production.
- Contributing to the evolution of existing hardware platforms and development processes.
- Taking technical ownership of projects and defining development priorities.
- Performing testing, characterization, and validation of electronic designs.
- Supporting product qualification activities including EMC and ESD testing.
- Collaborating closely with embedded, software, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Embedded hardware development.
- PCB and electronics design.
- Prototype to production lifecycle.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (FH / ETH / EPFL or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in hardware and electronics design.
- Strong understanding of embedded electronic systems and sensor modules.
- Hands‑on mindset with enthusiasm for the full development lifecycle, from concept to testing.
- Ability to take ownership and proactively drive technical topics.
- Team player with strong communication skills and engineering mindset.
