Manufacturing Process Engineer (Lifecycle focus) (80-100%) Summary

Act as Lead Make in lifecycle projects and drive manufacturing process excellence. You connect product industrialization, equipment engineering and operations to implement clean, scalable and performant processes across the product lifecycle.

• Lead end‑to‑end standardization and optimization of global manufacturing and assembly processes across the product lifecycle
• Act as Lead Make in lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Product Industrialization, Equipment Engineering, Quality, IT and Operations
• Align process requirements transparently with product and equipment requirements
• Influence product design by identifying process improvements requiring design changes
• Define and revise manufacturing, equipment and quality requirements
• Lead implementation, validation and ramp‑up of manufacturing processes across global sites
• Monitor performance, stability, compliance and cost of manufacturing processes

• Degree in engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, Production), business engineering or similar
• Significant experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering or industrialization
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment development and related IT tools
• Experienced in process validation, PFMEA, control plans and standardization
• Able to influence and collaborate across functions, hierarchies and cultures
• Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills in English and German (min. C1).
