How You’ll Make an Impact- Developing and refining switch gear mechanical designs, including preparing technical drawings
- Utilizing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools to create bills of materials and documentation
- Proposing and developing innovative solutions for mechanical design optimization
- Conducting mechanical simulations, with a focus on stress analysis to enhance system performance
- Completed apprenticeship in mechanical design
- Creative problem‑solver with a structured approach to technical challenges
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
