We are currently seeking an experienced Materials and Processes Engineer
, specialised in metallic materials and assembly processes to join a pioneering, long‑term aircraft development program with a world‑class OEM in the aerospace industry. This role is based in one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking regions, offering an exceptional quality of life.

Your Mission

You will be at the forefront of innovation, working on advanced metallic materials within a highly technological manufacturing environment. Surrounded by a passionate team, you will help shape the next aircraft generation.

Responsibilities
  • Support test activities
  • Implement new metallic materials, processes and technologies
  • Optimise technical assembly processes
  • Generate and compile technical documents, i.e. process specifications, standards and reports
  • Engineering, production and customer support for metallic materials and processes related tasks
  • Solve problems including processing quality notifications
  • Conduct and coordinate failure analysis on metallic parts
Minimum Requirements:

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven professional experience in metallic materials and assembly processes
  • Knowledge of electrics and electronics would be an advantage
  • Independent, flexible and target‑oriented personality
  • Analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit required)
