• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions in low voltage products and systems
• Design and optimize components and assemblies using CAD tools (preferably Solid Works)
• Create and deliver manufacturing-ready designs for plastic components and stamped/bent parts
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional project and product teams
• Apply creativity and technical expertise to solve engineering challenges
• Work in an onsite environment with up to 20% remote flexibility
• Utilize strong communication skills in English (German is highly preferred; English-only candidates may be considered)
• Leverage at least 3 years of professional experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a related field

• Develop innovative design concepts for low voltage products and systems, ensuring technical feasibility and performance
• Create detailed CAD models and drawings (Solid Works preferred) for plastic components and stamped/bent parts
• Collaborate with project and product teams to deliver optimized design solutions
• Ensure designs are manufacturing‑ready through close cooperation with production and engineering departments
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of the existing product portfolio
• Apply strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑oriented approach to meet project objectives
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in cross‑functional environments
