Your CrewYou will work in a cross‑cultural environment, serving a global customer base and engaging with a broad range of technologies. Our collaborative and lean organisation fosters creativity and professional growth, supported by highly skilled experts.
Your Mission- Conduct and lead highly complex tasks without supervision. Establish sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence of issues by defining analysis approaches to investigate mechanical design problems or verify solutions.
- Establish and review analysis methods, creating mathematical models for static and dynamic finite‑element analysis.
- Guide and coach a small team (3–4 members) under your technical supervision.
- Perform test predictions, test evaluations, and correlations.
- Perform detailed stress and strength verification analysis.
- Lead analysis activities for a product family/portfolio across product development, production support, innovation, and project phases.
- Act as the local technical authority in your field and first level of escalation, proposing market‑oriented initiatives to improve existing products and processes.
- Communicate cross‑functionally with adjacent engineering fields and non‑engineering departments (operations, quality, procurement, etc.).
- Support processes and product continuous improvements to deliver in line with customer quality, cost, and demand.
- Write and review technical documentation (test plans, analysis reports, project deliverables, technical specifications) and adapt to product‑ and mission‑specific requirements.
