System--chip architect; F​/M​/D

The System-on-Chip group based in Zurich and Neuchâtel is looking for a passionate hands‑on digital architect who can take ownership of complex SoC designs and reinforce a team of highly experienced experts by driving design activities independently.

Your mission:
You are eager to take ownership of complex system-on-chip developments and contribute to cutting-edge integrated circuit design? • Take ownership of the specification, architecture definition and design of advanced mixed-signal circuits for industrial and research projects
• Actively participate in project acquisition, bringing strong technical credibility towards partners and customers
• Collaborate closely with our experts in RF, analog, software and system design
• Work with international customers, universities and research institutes
• Innovate, think out of the box, challenge yourself

• Ms or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering (electronics, microelectronics)
• Several years of experience in the design of CMOS digital or mixed-signal circuits
• Strong expertise in RTL design and verification, with focus on low‑power architectures
• Solid experience in high‑level modelling and system simulation
• Background in digital signal processing and/or communication systems is a plus

• Structured thinking and ability to handle complex systems
• Team player with flexibility and commitment to project success
• Motivation to learn from experienced designers and progressively take leadership
