RAM & Safety Manager for Aerospace & Defense

As part of our continued expansion in the aerospace and defense sector
, we are seeking a RAM and Safety Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of critical systems and products.

• Lead RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) activities across aerospace and defence projects
• Perform safety and reliability analyses such as FMEA, FTA
  , and reliability predictions
• Define and manage safety requirements in compliance with applicable aerospace and defence standards
• Develop and maintain safety cases and certification documentation in line with regulatory frameworks
• Coordinate and support system safety assessments and risk analyses throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensure traceability of safety requirements and verification/validation activities
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and certification teams to integrate safety and reliability into system architecture
• Support testing activities related to system validation, including reliability and safety performance
• Interface with certification authorities and contribute to approval and qualification processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, reliability, and risk management processes

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RAMS or system safety engineering within aerospace or defence
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA, ARP
  4761, ARP
  4754)
• Proven experience in safety analysis methods such as FMEA, FTA, and hazard analysis
• Experience in certification processe
  s for aerospace or defence systems
• Familiarity with system engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., requirements management, risk assessment tools)
• Knowledge of complex systems
  , embedded systems, and safety-critical environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured approach
• High level of responsibility and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  German is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and safety/reliability analysis tools
