As a Calibration Specialist you will:

Your tasks
  • Calibrate assigned tools according to EN ISO/IEC 17025 and within the agreed turn-around time.
  • Communicate with customers about findings, required specifications and target dates.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of standards, tools and software, including on-site calibrations when needed.
  • Check data entries and calibration certificates to ensure completeness, accuracy and required quality.
  • Request publication and updating of relevant technical specifications.
  • Process and analyse measured values, making decisions based on legal requirements and standards.
  • Perform repairs and adjustments on electronic measuring tools and act as main contact person for the assigned range of tools.
Your profile
  • Completed 4-year apprenticeship as an electronics technician, with solid knowledge of analogue systems.
  • Basic understanding of RF and related systems (beneficial).
  • Willingness to work 10–20% at test stands in a harsh production environment.
  • Experienced in reading and understanding technical manuals in both English and German.
  • Logical, analytical and well organised, able to keep an overview of complex areas.
  • Strong MS Office user with good communication skills to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Language skills:
    German C1, English B2; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
