A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our GT Sales Team South & West Europe and use your technical expertise to shape the future of high voltage substations. You’ll connect directly with customers, analyze their needs, and craft tailored technical and commercial bids for Digital Grid applications. Every day, you’ll drive the DG strategy for each country, collaborate with local sales teams, and help Siemens Energy deliver reliable, sustainable solutions.

Your work will champion innovation, build industry relationships, and support the energy transition across the region.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Analyze customer technical specifications and match their needs with our Digital Grid solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear, high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Define and execute the DG strategy for South & West Europe, ensuring country‑specific actions are delivered on time.
  • Act as the main link between local sales teams and the DG execution unit, building strong partnerships.
  • Represent Siemens Energy at industry events, promoting our DG portfolio and expanding our professional network.
What You Bring
  • University degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in energy transmission and distribution, with a strong background in protection, control, and substation automation for high voltage substations.
  • Experience in project management and bid management.
  • Knowledge of digital grid technologies, grid automation systems, and grid connection procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Occasional travel within South & West Europe is required.
