Environment, Health and Safety Consutant

ASafe Global is seeking an experienced German-speaking EHS Consultant to support a major project in Zurich, Switzerland. Working closely with the client and project stakeholders, you will provide Environmental, Health & Safety expertise, support project delivery, and help ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant looking for a full‑time engagement on a high‑profile project.

• Provide EHS support and guidance throughout project planning and delivery phases.
• Review project documentation, risk assessments, and safety plans.
• Support compliance with local regulations and client EHS requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide safety input to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of project safety processes.

• Fluent German and English communication skills.
• Proven EHS experience within construction, industrial, or data centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with clients and project teams.
• Relevant EHS qualification (NEBOSH, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working on projects in Switzerland is highly desirable.

• Competitive rate of CHF 130/hour to CHF 150/hour based on experience.
