Strategic Procurement Lead Facility Services & IFM

• Lead a strategic, multi-dimensional role within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
• Manage complex projects across tenders, contract negotiations, and project delivery within facility management (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Identify and drive optimization and bundling opportunities aligned with performance improvement and cost reduction objectives.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to provide data-driven guidance to network partners on category-related topics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as key interface partners.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance company-wide standards for facility services.
• Oversee supplier management and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Prepare detailed spend analyses and market evaluations to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure consistent and effective purchasing practices globally.

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in procurement (CAPEX and OPEX) and project management, ideally within facility services, building technology, or a comparable field.
• Degree from a university or technical college in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in international procurement of facility services, including ownership of a purchasing category.
• Strong enthusiasm for procurement with a clear focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and advancing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) models, including external providers and SLA-driven performance frameworks.
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset, complemented by strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Familiarity with e-sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba or Jaggaer is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with solid project management experience.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken); additional language skills, such as French, are a plus.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
