Packaging Engineer

Overview

The Packaging Engineer leads the end‑to‑end development of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, ensuring successful industrialization, regulatory compliance, and seamless product commercialization.

• Drives packaging innovation projects and contribute to new product concept development.
• Manage end‑to‑end packaging development, ensuring delivery on time and in line with quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Creates and approves technical documentation, specifications, drawings, validation plans, and risk assessments.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners to ensure successful industrialization and launch.
• Ensures effective project communication, documentation, issue resolution, and smooth handover to Quality and Lifecycle teams.

• Packaging engineer or comparable education.
• Min. 3–5 years of experience in packaging development for Luxury skin care and make up products.
• Creative and solution driven.
• Organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Capacity to engage with business partners.
• Relocate to Zurich.
• Curiosity to learn and understand policies and procedures.
