Your crew:
You'll join our small team of Test Operators within the Test Engineering department based at our Seebach site in Zürich, where experienced specialists and emerging talent work side by side to test the next generation of space mechanisms. With a diverse mix of skills, backgrounds, and experience levels, we learn from each other every day and support one another in tackling new technical challenges.

Your mission:- Carrying out tests in the near-series production of space mechanisms
- Operation of the test systems and execution of tests on assemblies based on given one’s test regulations
- Control and inspection of products (Quality Control)
- Care and maintenance of the systems (especially thermal vacuum chambers) as well Mechatronic repairs
- Carry out independently the tests on the mechanisms
- Working under clean room conditions in compliance with the relevant regulations
- Responsible for compliance with the 5S guidelines in the workplace, in laboratories and workshops
- Creation of the test documentation in English/German
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Active support in planning and the project teams
- Active support of process improvements and troubleshooting
- Completed basic technical training possibly with further technical training
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar function
- Very good oral and written English and German skills
- Distinct communication flair with team player mind set
- Solution-oriented and accurate technical work
- Team player, independent and quality-conscious, able to work under pressure
- Experience in working under clean room conditions (ISO
8) - Experience in testing in the field of space and aviation
