Are you a Structural Engineer looking to take your technical expertise into a customer-facing engineering role?

An international leader in structural connection, reinforcement, fastening and anchoring solutions is expanding its Engineering team and is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to support complex construction and infrastructure projects across Switzerland.

This is an opportunity to combine structural design and calculations with technical consultancy, project engineering and direct interaction with engineers, contractors and construction professionals.

• Provide technical and structural engineering advice to structural engineers, planners and contractors
  .
• Develop and engineer structural solutions based on specific project requirements.
• Carry out structural calculations, analysis and dimensioning
  , particularly within reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Support complex projects from initial design through to production and delivery
  .
• Take ownership of key projects, including technical design, calculations, documentation and engineering coordination.
• Develop technically and commercially viable solutions for challenging construction projects.
• Work closely with Sales and Project teams to provide the right technical solutions for clients.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering challenges throughout project execution.
• Deliver technical presentations, product training and internal engineering workshops.
• Contribute to the optimisation and automation of engineering processes

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (FH / ETH / TU or equivalent).
• Strong experience in structural engineering
  , ideally with reinforced concrete and/or steel structures.
• Professional experience in structural design and calculations
  .
• Experience with reinforcement systems, structural connections or construction products is advantageous.
• Good understanding of structural design principles, engineering standards and relevant codes.
• Experience using structural engineering software and CAD/BIM tools.
• Previous experience within a structural engineering consultancy, contractor or technical engineering environment
  .
• Fluent German or French
  , with good knowledge of the other language.
