** How you'll make an impact
*** Lead and coordinate internal projects focused on product and process optimization in the high-voltage bushings segment
* Analyze existing designs and manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost
* Identify areas for improvement and implement corresponding measures
* Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and other departments
* Prepare technical documentation, monitor progress, and regularly report to management
* Support the industrialization of new technologies and materials
** Your background
*** Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent qualification
* Professional experience in managing technical (internal) development or improvement projects
* Solid mechanical knowledge, ideally in the field of electrical insulators or high-voltage components
* Experience with Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar improvement approaches is a plus
* Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
