We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.
To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:
Key Responsibilities:- High-level technical authority for Innovation department across multi-disciplines (Hardware, Software, Radio Frequency, Firmware)
- Work directly with customers and leads to identify new capabilities for Enclustra product offerings
- Keep up to date with market leading technologies and trends, through attendance at international trade shows, webinars, and more
- Lead conceptual design and system architecture of advanced embedded hardware solutions
- Drive immature/early technology readiness level solutions from initial concept to tested prototype or pre-production prototypes
- Contribute to medium + long term improvement of Enclustra embedded electronics capabilities
- Actively participate in marketing level efforts to share technology developments (webinars, staged interviews, internal presentations)
- Must help to develop the capabilities of a small team of engineers
- Senior technical leadership experience with electronics engineering
- +10 years’ experience with embedded electronics technologies (SoC/CPU/MPU/AISoC/FPGA, Linux, Signal Integrity, Clocking, RF, PCIe, high speed interfaces, LPDDR5, Vivado/Quartus)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English
- High passion for technology + technology development
