With increasing demand in our equipment and with priority of the company on the Quality of products and customers support, we are expanding our team with the position of Customer quality engineer.

• Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases.
• Drive the quality cases affecting multiple customers.
• Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution.
• Project management of bigger quality cases, identify improvements and drive their implementation.
• Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent quality issues to repeat.
• Provide support for and / or lead on-site investigations.
• Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases.
• Deputing of Quality assurance function with Audits preparation and leading.

• 3 - 5 years of Experience in Electrical power systems.
• Background in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switch gear field.
• Profound understanding of project management practices.
• Knowledge and experience with root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3 etc.).
• Experience in commissioning GIS systems is a plus.
• Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial.
• Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus.
• Good communication and cultural sensitivity.
