With increasing demand in our equipment and with priority of the company on the Quality of products and customers support, we are expanding our team with the position of Customer quality engineer. The role that combines technical skills as well as soft skills for direct customer collaboration, what makes it super interesting and dynamic. - Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases.
- Drive the quality cases affecting multiple customers
- Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution
- Project management of bigger quality cases, identify improvements and drive their implementation.
- Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent quality issues to repeat.
- Provide support for and / or lead on-site investigations
- Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases
- 5 years of Experience in Electrical power systems with experience in O&M of T&D systems
- Background in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switch gear field
- Profound understanding of electrical systems and electrical equipment
- Experience in commissioning T&D systems is a plus
- Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial
- Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus
- Good communication and cultural sensitivity
