Commercial Manager gaming

Belmont Lavan Ltd is searching for a driven and innovative Commercial Manager specializing in the gaming industry to join our exciting team. In this role, you will spearhead commercial strategies and initiatives that drive growth and profitability for our gaming product lines.

As the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and create pricing and promotional strategies tailored to the gaming sector. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners to enhance our market footprint.

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue in the gaming sector
• Expert level eperience in Slot Machines are required
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Create detailed business cases for new product launches and enhancements
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align on branding and promotional efforts
• Define pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness and product profitability
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers
  
  Monitor and analyze sales performance, adapting strategies as needed to meet goals

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role within the gaming industry
• In-depth knowledge of gaming market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field;
  Master's degree is a plus

• Experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture is advantageous
